Meet The Team

Team leader
Chef Aspyn

Chef Aspyn launched Aspyns Table during the height of the 2020 pandemic to follow her dreams of being able to positively impact the lives of those around her through delicious and healthy meals. Chef Aspyn creates custom menus for her clients which includes her two wild-hearted children. When she's not cooking, she roller skates, hikes and creates multi-media art.

Alexis

Alexis Martinez brings in 15 years of kitchen experience and management to our team. Having owned her own restaurant in years past she understands the ins and outs of front of house and back of house. She loves making the clients visions come true! When not working she likes to chill at the beach with her three kids and dog bonbon.

Team member
Chef Muhsin

Chef Muhsin is the owner of Root Kitchen Catering and has more than 20 years of catering experience that he shares with Aspyn's Table. Born in Santa Barbara, Chef Muhsin spent his childhood in the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, where he was exposed to a multiplicity of cultures and tasting menus of international cuisines.
